Some ROT13 Basics

The above tool currently supports six modes. Mode #1 (Rot13+5) is considered the standard for uses of Rot13 on my page. Others will vary.
- Rot13+5. Runs Rot13 on letters and Rot5 on numbers. Ignores case of letters.
- Rot13: Runs Rot13 on letters. Ignores case of letters.
- Rot5: Runs Rot5 on numbers.
- Rot16: Runs Rot16 on the 32 basic non-letter/number/space characters of the ASCII set.
- Rot13+5+16: Runs Rot13 on letters (ignoring case), Rot5 on numbers, Rot16 on other characters.
- Rot47: Runs Rot47 on the basic ASCII character set (minus the space) in order (unlike #5, which treats them as separate entity types), therefore does not ignore case of letters.
